Tour Viger

A LEED BUILDING LOCATED ON A SUPERB SITE

Montreal's newest business landmark

As Montreal’s first major office building since 2000, the Tour Viger/Altoria mixed-use complex is a monumental achievement, setting new standards of quality for commercial space in downtown Montreal.

Facing Victoria Square, at the corner of Viger Street and Beaver Hall Hill, the 35-storey La Tour Viger raises a singular profile on Montreal’s famed cityscape. More than 230,000 square feet of LEED Prestige office space occupy the first 10 floors, while the 25 upper floors are dedicated to the Altoria residential project and the mechanical penthouse. To learn more, please consult the Space for Rent section.

This unique project has been designed to seamlessly integrate the residential and commercial components into a single architectural statement, while preserving each component’s operational identity, through separate entrances.

With its strategic location and direct connection to the Square-Victoria metro station, La Tour Viger rises in the heart of the Quartier international, which has emerged in recent years as downtown Montreal’s most dynamic business district. To learn more, please see the Neighbourhood section.

Among the prominent addresses located just steps away:
